  • I support people through identity shifts, endings, and moments of inner reckoning - holding space for reflection, grounding, and honest self-inquiry. This work is not about fixing or bypassing discomfort, but about moving through change without abandoning yourself in the process.

Spiritual insight, when it arises, is met with honesty and care. Meaning matters only when it can be lived.

  • I work with thoughtful, capable individuals who find themselves at a threshold, personally, professionally, or spiritually.

Many of my clients are navigating:

    • Major life transitions or endings

    • Shifts in identity, purpose, or direction

    • The integration of insight into everyday life

    • A desire for depth without performance or spiritual bypass

They are not looking for answers to be handed to them. They are ready to listen more closely to what is already emerging.

  • My understanding of this work comes from both lived experience and years of professional practice.

I spent decades in the corporate world before stepping into this work more fully, and I understand the tension between outward success and inner alignment. My own life has included significant transitions - in career, relationship, family, and identity - which continue to inform how I hold space for others.

I am a graduate of the Gaja Collective Coaching Certification Program, work as an Inner Space Retreats Facilitator, and hold a B.A. in Sociology from Boston College.

  • I work privately and by inquiry.

This allows for discernment on both sides and ensures that the work is aligned, timely, and appropriate. I hold a limited number of client relationships at any given time so that presence, pacing, and care are not compromised.

My role is not to direct or advise, but to help you clarify what is already emerging and support you in integrating that clarity into how you live, relate, and choose.

  • This work may be aligned for you if you:

    • Are navigating a meaningful transition or period of inner change

    • Value depth, reflection, and personal responsibility

    • Are willing to engage consistently and thoughtfully

    • Are seeking integration rather than quick solutions

This work may not be aligned if you are:

    • Looking for immediate fixes or external direction

    • Seeking motivational coaching or constant accountability

    • In need of crisis, emergency, or clinical support

Discernment matters - for both of us.

  • My Identity & Purpose Realignment work is structured as commitment-based containers rather than single sessions. This allows the work to unfold with continuity, safety, and care.

My Plant Medicine Preparation & Integration work is by referral or inquiry only.

About This Work

Meet the Founder

Welcome. I’m Elisabeth Noel Jones.

My work is devoted to guiding individuals through the seasons of life that require more from us - the moments when identity shifts, relationships end, purpose feels unclear, or the life you built no longer feels like your own. These are not failures, they are threshold moments, and walking through them with clarity, integrity, and inner peace is the emphasis I’ve placed on my own life, as well as how I work with clients.

For more than two decades, I lived and worked in New York City in executive leadership roles within the fashion & beauty industry. I understood fast-paced ambition, achievement, the pretense of glamour, and success. I also understood what it feels like to appear fulfilled while quietly questioning everything beneath the surface: Who am I without the roles I play? What is truly meaningful? What remains when the façade falls away?

Life eventually answered those questions for me. Personal loss, divorce, caregiving, and profound spiritual awakening dismantled the external scaffolding I had relied upon. My mother’s Alzheimer’s diagnosis was a turning point that clarified something essential: life is fragile, time is finite, and postponing inner truth is no longer an option.

What followed was not a reinvention, but a return. Over the past 5 years, through modalities such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, ancestral exploration, and responsible ceremonial plant medicine work, I began the deep process of healing inherited patterns, integrating grief, and reclaiming my own inner authority. I did not bypass the hard parts, I moved through them. And in doing so, I learned how transformation actually happens - not through performance, but through presence.

Today, I work with individuals who are ready to face their own turning points consciously. Those navigating divorce, burnout, spiritual awakening, identity shifts, complex family dynamics, ancestral trauma, or major life transitions. Some are curious about plant medicine and want grounded preparation. Others are already engaged in that work and need thoughtful, experienced integration support. Many simply know that the old way of living no longer fits, and they are ready for something more honest.

I do not position myself as someone who has the answers for you. I stand beside you as someone who knows how to ask the right questions, hold steady space, and guide you back to your own wisdom. My role is to help you move through change without losing yourself and, instead, re-discover yourself more fully than ever before.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Communications from Boston College and am a graduate of the Gaja Collective Coaching Certification Program. I reside in the Hudson Valley and am the proud mother of a 19-year-old son attending Brown University.

I work with people from ALL backgrounds, including a personal connection to the LGBTQ+ community.

All sessions are held via ZOOM.
