Plant Medicine Preparation & Integration
Plant medicine experiences can open profound insight — but insight alone is not integration.
Without preparation, grounding, and thoughtful reflection afterward, even meaningful experiences can become confusing, destabilizing, or difficult to carry into daily life.
This offering is designed to support individuals who are ready to begin exploring and preparing for a plant medicine journey, as well as for individuals already walking the plant medicine path and seeking responsible, emotionally intelligent integration post-ceremony.
My role is to support discernment, stability, and meaning-making around the experience.
What This Work Is?
Plant Medicine Preparation & Integration focuses on:
Emotional and nervous-system readiness before ceremony
Clarifying intentions without forcing outcomes
Creating internal and external support structures
Integrating insights into daily life, relationships, and decision-making
Making meaning of what emerged — without rushing or bypassing
This work emphasizes grounding over intensity and integration over interpretation.
Who Is This For?
This work is best suited for individuals who:
preparing for an upcoming ceremony and/or have prior experience with plant medicine and need support with integration
Value preparation and integration as essential parts of the journey
Are seeking grounded support rather than peak experiences
Are willing to move slowly and thoughtfully
This work may not be appropriate for those seeking quick breakthroughs, repeated ceremonies without integration, or external direction..

1. Discovery
As a first step, we will connect on a short call, so that I can learn more about your desired outcome from working with plant medicines, help you feel which plant(s) might be best suited to help you on this path, and to see how I can best support you on this journey.
2. Preparation
In the weeks leading up to your ceremony with plant medicine, we will get clear on what your intention is, and start clearing some of the stories around it. We will equip you with tools that will help you navigate the journey, and in the final 14 days (if applicable), we will focus on the Dieta, which will prepare you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
3. Ceremony
During your time away, I will remain available for reflection and discussion. Although you will have all of the tools necessary to navigate your experience, at times it can be helpful to simply talk it out.
Should you wish to have me accompany you on this part of your journey, for added support, that is something that can be explored as well.
4. Integration
Ceremony is only 50% of the work, long-lasting changes are a reflection of the integration process. This crucial part of the journey will span several weeks (and months and years), during which we will unpack your experience, unlock your full potential, and activate timelines that may have seemed impossible before.
A Note on Discernment
Plant medicine work carries responsibility.
I work with a limited number of individuals and reserve the right to decline or defer engagement if I feel this support is not appropriate at the time.
This work prioritizes readiness and responsibility over accessibility. Discernment protects everyone involved.
If this work feels aligned, you’re welcome to submit an inquiry.
I trust that thoughtful consideration is part of the preparation itself.
